How our Pay Per Appointment Service works

Simplifying your Appointment Booking Process

1. You submit the Onboarding Form

Once you've paid the setup fee you will be given instant access to get started on our platform. Here you will submit your campaign targeting information so our Campaign Design team can build your target lists and messaging. You can have a campaign set up and launched within 10 minutes generating leads and appointments for your business. Campaign design usually takes 1-2 business days.

2. Your campaign starts

Once your campaign starts, Newson will begin engaging with your ideal clients into 1:1 direct conversations via your Linkedin Account or one of our reps Linkedin/email accounts. This will all be handled in the cloud by our Sales Engagement CRM Tool. Which you will have easy direct access to login anytime.

3. You receive your booked appointments

Within days or even hours of the service starting, you can expect to receive your booked appointments with your ideal clients in your calendar. You will be notified in real-time with new appointments booked by your assigned appointment setter in a slack channel.

We make sure the messaging is very direct, clear in what the client has to offer them, and the appointment setter asks questions to ensure they are interested and will only ask them to book on the link once they have shown real interest in what the client offers. We also make sure that the client chooses a time on their own accord to ensure they are significantly interested in a real sales discussion.

Yes we need a Linkedin account with Linkedin Sales Navigator and an email account to connect to our Outreach Automation Platform to run this service.

If you don’t or can’t provide us with this, we can supply Linkedin Accounts at an additional cost with Linkedin Sales Navigator which is £100 per month.

To get started, you select a plan that works best for you. Once you’ve selected the plan, we send a link to make a small deposit to connect your card to our system. Once that has passed, we take you through an onboarding form, to collect the information we need to build your prospect lists and messaging for the Appointment Setting Campaign. Typically our campaign setup takes 2-5 business days. It can sometimes take more or less time. Once it’s ready we send it over to check you’re happy with it, then once we get approval we launch it on our software and begin the appointment setting. Your Appointment Setter will keep you in the loop of new leads & appointments via slack. The Appointment Setter will schedule appointments with interested leads using your calendar link. Everytime an appointment is booked you will be charged. 

Yes we will attempt to ensure that it is a very low % of no shows, by the quality of our appointment setters engaging and qualifying each lead. As they become more experienced and knowledgeable of your business, this % rate will decrease and in most cases the no show rate should be zero or close to that.

Yes we only charge your card once they have sat the appointment. We have a tracking device that we attach to your calendar so we know each and every time a lead joins the meeting and you have a call with one of our appointments.

We charge your card immediately once the appointment has been made. If we are unable to charge your card after numerous attempts we will pause the service and in some circumstances cancel the plan and restrict you from using our service.

Typically it can be anywhere between 6-40+ per month. Most appointment setters tend to generate around 6-12 appointments per month so if you want to ensure you get at least 20+ appointments per month we advise you to take out more than one plan which includes more setters.
